Certification is not a permanent endorsement. B Corporations are required to recertify at regular intervals, ensuring our accountability to these standards is sustained over time rather than demonstrated at a single point in time.

NAOS is a signatory to the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment. PRI certification is given to companies that publicly commit to responsible investment, encouraging signatories to build a more sustainable global financial system by upholding six core principles.
For us, this isn’t separate from our investment process - it’s part of it. In practice, that means embedding ESG considerations into how we research and select investments and being active owners of the companies we hold. It also means seeking greater transparency from those companies, working alongside other signatories to help raise standards across the industry, and publicly reporting on our own progress each year.
