NAOS Ex-50 Opportunities Company Limited Declares Final Quarterly Dividend

The Board of NAOS Ex-50 Opportunities Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has declared a final quarterly dividend of 1.60 cents per share (50% franked) for the 3 months ended 30 June 2026, bringing the total FY26 dividend to 6.30 cents per share, an increase of 5.0% on the FY25 full year dividend of 6.00 cents per share.

The Company also released its full-year results for the year ended 30 June 2026, reporting an after-tax loss of $3.09 million (FY25: after-tax profit of $7.55 million), with the NAC Investment Portfolio returning -5.26% against the S&P/ASX 300 Industrials Accumulation Index return of -4.49%.

NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited Declares Fully Franked Final Dividend

The Board of NAOS Emerging Opportunities Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has declared a fully franked final dividend of 2.10 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2026, bringing the full-year dividend to 4.20 cents per share, fully franked, an increase of 5.0% on the FY25 full-year dividend of 4.00 cents per share and the first increase in the annual rate since FY21.

The Company also announced its full-year result for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, reporting an after-tax profit of $7.14 million, compared with $0.28 million in FY25. This was driven by the NCC Investment Portfolio, which outperformed its benchmark (S&P/ASX Small Ordinaries Accumulation Index) by 10.61%, returning +18.72% for the year ended 30 June 2026 against +8.11%.

The Board of NAOS Small Cap Opportunities Company Limited is pleased to announce that it has declared a final quarterly dividend of 1.25 cents per share (franked to 50%) for the 3 months ended 30 June 2026, bringing the FY26 full-year dividend to 5.0 cents per share (50% franked overall). The Company also announced its full-year result for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, reporting an after-tax loss of $6.60 million (FY25: after-tax loss of $9.07 million).
